Terms and Conditions for 10th Anniversary Ticket Sales

  1. No physical tickets are issued when purchased online – you will receive confirmation of purchase and you should bring this with you to the event.
  2. Tickets are non-refundable if you decide not to attend for any reason.
  3. Tickets are transferable but you should advise us of the name of the person(s) you have transferred them to or we may not allow entry.
  4. Hot food will include a halal option and a vegetarian and vegan option – if you have any other dietary requirements, you must notify us at least 7 days before the event.
  5. The venue is accessible to people with mobility impairments. We are not able to provide any physical assistance and you should ensure you have brought someone with you that can provide such assistance if required.
  6. You are responsible for observing the health and safety notices at the venue and for advising organisers or volunteers of any safety hazards you observe during the event.
  7. The programme entertainment and activities may be amended at short notice for any reason, for example if a person or group is unavailable at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be provided where this occurs.
  8. The event may be cancelled if there are insufficient tickets sold and, where this occurs, a full refund will be made.
  9. We reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason, for example if guests are intoxicated with alcohol upon arrival – if we have to refuse entry, we will issue a full refund.
